On my first card, I used the fabulous new Aster  & Decorative Vase dies for the main elements. The 3 sizes of Asters and Vase were all die cut out white and the centers were cut out of a stripes embossed deep blue. I had a left over blue frame with a circle cut out of it, so I added a smaller blue circle, another white Aster and the greeting on top. I added a few narrow strips of blue as an accent behind the flowers.
Supplies:
Stamps: Our Daily Bread designs – Cherry Blossom |
Paper:Â X-press it white, deep blue |
Ink:  Memento teal zeal |
Accessories:  ODBD Aster & Decorative Vase dies, Spellbinders Labels 22, Matting Basics A & B & circles dies |
For my second card, I used the Decorative Vase die again, the Rose and the beautiful Blushing Rose paper collection along with some vines from the Fancy Foliage dies. I die cut the vase twice..once out of white (bottom layer) and again out of vellum (top layer). On the vellum vase, I added some pink on the back side then inserted the fussy cut roses in-between the two. The greeting was cut using the Recipe & Tag dies set and I looped a piece of the vine through it and around the vase. I added more vines in between the top layer of Blushing Rose paper and the pink layer. These are the Copics I used for the roses.

Julie, You are always sharing something pretty. That blue and white card really caught my eye over on FB. My first thought was that these white flowers were made from Q-tips. Why did I think that??? I do need to get my eyes checked.
