Friendship Blossoms

Time for week 3 of my Guest Designer month on Splitcoast for the Color Challenge (CC462)! This week, Karen chose Blushing Bride, Primrose Petal & Wild Wasabi. Love these colors together! They just said floral to me and I love this dogwood branch image. I stamped the greeting and the dogwood once on the large white panel, and twice more on a separate piece of white. After I colored them all with Copics, I fussy cut the 2 extras branches.

I die cut 3 frames and stacked them on top of each other to frame the greeting, then attached the extra dogwood branches on top. A wasabi layer was added before attaching to the card front.

The finished card is 5.50 x 4.25 and these are the Copics I used.

I came here looking for the DRS sympathy card – it is so beautiful – such wonderful colors and textures with the embossing and die cuts. Your cards are all lovely. Thanks for sharing and inspiring us.
