A big congrats to Erin, the newest Featured Stamper (FS841)! She has such a lovely little gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the pretty wreath & most of the colors, but made mine a thank you card, used a stamped wreath & designer paper for the background instead of a lattice.
My rose wreath was stamped first w/ Memento & I left it in the Misti. I used the 4 part stencil to sponge the color in on the roses & leaves then I overstamped it w/ Versaclair nocturne to get the very dark outline. I knew the Versaclair might smear if I stamped it first, so that’s why I added it last. After it was die cut, I added dimensional foam to the back of it. I also elevated the sage green panel a bit after I stamped the greeting onto it.
The lovely paper was cut into a frame using 2 sizes of the stitched rectangles & I also added 2 layers of heavy card behind it to lift it up. Some stickies was added to the flower centers & little berries around the wreath.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

For the Inspiration Challenge (IC902), we’re visiting The Kitchen Store & their Pinterest Board where I found THIS picture.
My card is not hard..just a lot of die cutting & paper piecing. This lovely paper is double sided & I used both sides to create the pots & vases. On the pink pots, I used a flower die to cut the marbled side & attached them on top. I attached all the pots, vases & watering can onto the cobalt blue background. The greeting was stamped vertically onto a mini slimline layer.
The largest, central pot & watering can were popped up on top of the others.

A big congrats to Kyra, the newest Featured Stamper (FS840) on Splitcoast! She has a wonderful gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the CAS layout w/ the colorful strip & flowers, but I used different images, colors & turned mine horizontal instead of vertical. I also brayered & stamped my colorful strip instead of using printed paper like Kyra used.
My card is really simple: I used a small brayer & 2 Kaleidacolor rainbow pads for the strip. Then I placed it in my Misti & stamped the 2 strips in black ink on top. The large white panel was then put into the Misti & the greeting stamped in the bottom left corner. The layered flower stamps were also stamped directly onto this white panel. The flowers come w/ a premade mask so that makes it really easy to stamp these.
The rainbow strip was a little too wide & when I trimmed it, I had a bunch of narrow strips left over. I put 1 under the wider strip & glued the other narrow strips around the edges of the white panel. I just liked the little extra color it gave to the card.
