Lots of Dots Birthday Cake

RWB Bday cake 04052The Ways to Use It Challenge on Splitcoast today (WT489) is lots of dots. After stamping & coloring the cake, I fussy cut it because I knew the tall candles would end up very close to the top. On the top of the background, I white embossed the polka dot background..I think the white on white adds a nice texture without making it look too busy. I added a die cut fancy border w/ a blue ombre strip behind the top that I just colored w/ Copics. The greeting was stamped in the opening & some sequins added for a little sparkle. The finished card is 5.50 x 4.25 and these are the Copics I used.
