For my first card, I stamped and die cut 3 apothecary bottles, 2 apothecary labels out of lilac and 1 label out of lavender. I stamped the lavender image on the lavender label and I masked and stamped the hyacinth on one lilac label and the morning glory on the other. I added a little color with Copics to the labels and to the bottles. Only the first part of the greeting was stamped inside a die cut tag and attached with variegated floss. The word Lavender and a lavender sprig were stamped across the bottom of the dk blue violet strip. The finished card is 5.50 x 4.25 and these are the Copics I used.

For my second card, I stamped the apothecary bottle and the candy hearts filler inside. After coloring with Copics, I die cut with the matching die and added some stickles to the hearts. The greeting was also stamped and die cut. The white background was embossed and the pink frame was made with the ODBD Elegant Oval dies. I added some designer paper, ribbon and sequins to finish my 4.25 x 5.50 card and these are the Copics I used.

  1. Julie, I am blown away once again!! I love your creativity! I love how you used the different sets on the first and how you shortened the sentiment. Love the bright colors, sequins, and sparkle of the 2nd. Fabulous work!!!! Happy New Year! (Sending hugs and prayers your way!)

  2. Julie, what beauties these are…I just love the canning jars and since I’m a “canner” each summer they would be great for me to give with each jar of preserves that find their way to family members. I put up 25 + pints of Strawberry Preserves and over 20 pints of Peach Preserves so I could definitely put those to use, lol.

  3. Oh these are both gorgeous Julie!!! Love how you added different ODBD florals to the bg bottles of the top one and I love the sparkle of the second!!! Your coloring is always gorgeous!!!

    Happy New Year my friend!!!
    hugs,
    Grace
