A big congrats to Vicki, the newest Featured Stamper! She has such a fab gallery & always leaves the sweetest comments. After much browsing, I chose THIS to case. I kept the gold embossed tree & Christmas theme but used different images & different dies. Also as a nod to her living in Hawaii, I used a beach shells tropical themed tree.

I gold embossed the image on some confetti sand card stock then I added just a touch of color w/ some Prismacolor pencils. On the darker sand c/s, I gold embossed the Splatter Bg on the lower section then used a curved die to cut the lower part of the tree layer. The new greeting was also gold embossed & die cut w/ a circle die. I added some gold thread tied in a bow just under the top of it.

Here’s a look at the inside.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Such a fun site for the Inspiration Challenge (IC679)..lots of pretty things for Christmas! After much browsing, I chose THIS lovely scene for my inspiration, though I turned it around & my scene is looking out instead of in. I’m also adding this to the WT717 Challenge to use a window.
To make my Christmas window, I die cut the window & also some of the Pine Tree Forest. I used some Picket Fence Distress spray on the navy bg for behind the window & also on the trees. I also used a white gel pen to add more snow to the trees & punched a white circle for the moon before attaching the window frame on top. The bg was embossed w/ a brick folder & some punched branches added above the window. For the Christmas tree, I stamped & colored 2 of them then layered them on top of each other for dimension.

Here’s a look at the inside & below it are the Copics I used for the tree.

My Christmas card was fairly easy…the wonderful Snowflake Reverse die did all the work for me! I found some coordinating papers in a pretty color then die cut the snowflakes in white to put on top. I used just the Merry of the Merry Christmas die & stamped the small Christmas w/ Distress oxide ink & added it under the top layers.

Here’s a look at the inside. I used some of the snowflakes from the front die cut.

Please be sure to comment on all the is much appreciated & also increases your chances of winning!
