Welcome to the February #1 Blog Hop for Serendipity Stamps!

If you arrived here from Miriam’s blog, you’re in the right place..if not, you may want to head over there first.

The Prize – One $20 gift code will go to one random commenter from the blogs. So be sure  to visit all the blogs because you don’t know which one the winner will be drawn from. You have through Sunday Feb 5 to leave comments on the blogs for a chance to win. Mary will announce a winner on Feb 6 on her Blog.  Each month a different image is 50% off. This month- it’s the Fun Heart Cling Set! On the first & third Wednesdays of every month., we’ll be celebrating with a Blog Hop!

To make my Valentine, I did things backwards from the way I usually do. I picked the paper first, instead of coloring the images, then picking paper. It just seemed the better way to go since there isn’t a lot of coloring to do w/ these images. After I had the 3 pieces I wanted to use from the collection, I found a solid pink that would work & put it into my Misti. They were stamped first w/ the Memento, then I added just a hint of pink w/ a couple of Copics & a little white to the mailbox & envelope w/ a white Prismacolor pencil. I stamped over it w/ the Versafine, added the greeting, then added some pink sparkle w/ a Wink of Stella pen. Sorry you really can’t see it in pictures, but in person, it adds a nice sparkle. The little hearts were cut using the Love die onto some leftover pink w/ another partial image of the Mailbox w/ Hearts.

Here’s a look at the inside w/ more of the hearts.

Please be sure to comment on all the DT Blogs..it will be so appreciated & also increase your chances of winning!

  16. I have this paper pack and was recently wondering what I might do with it. Thanks for the inspiration!
