I made this quick and easy Father’s Day card yesterday but didn’t have a chance to post it until today.\u00a0 I love these little scenic images from Stampendous and recently acquired several of them This one, I think, makes a terrific Dad card and it was so easy to quickly color in with markers.\u00a0 This is also for one of the Splitcoast VSN (Virtual Stamp Night) challenges, JUN12VSNG<\/strong><\/a>, Journey of the Seas.<\/p>\n

\nThe card is 5.50 x 4.25 and I wanted a cool font for the sentiment but found I only have a few Father’s Day greetings in my collection, so I computer generated it, trimmed it to size and used a long rectangle die to cut the window.\u00a0 I used a dot border embossing folder and a stylus to add the raised dots at the bottom.<\/p>\n
