Very interesting sketch today (SC350<\/a> ) at Splitcoast! At first it seems simple, but those angles at the top and bottom got a little tricky when I wanted to add a narrow layer.<\/p>\n

For my monochromatic card, I stamped the quote (Our Daily Bread designs<\/span><\/a><\/strong>), die cut it along w\/ a ridged grey layer. They’re attached to a labels 17 die cut stamped w\/ a fancy label image. I used some stripe dp for my bg panel and used a Scor-Buddy to add some scored diagonal lines on the right card front.<\/p>\n

The dahlia is a new EK Success punch. You punch a long line then roll it up to create the flower. I made a Faux Brad\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/strong> (I have another tutorial HERE<\/a>) out of the grey for the flower center and added a few branches. The finished card is 5.5 x 4.25.<\/p>\n
