\nThis is a Christmas card for that avid reader in your circle of family and friends. The graduated heart borders make a fun point of interest surrounding the greeting. Just a sliver of candy cane paper around the edges make it festive. Color the images to match whatever color scheme you’re using. I went with traditional green & red with a little yellow to brighten it up.<\/em><\/span>
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nIt’s my turn to host the Inspiration Challenge IC1092, and we are visiting the Lone Fox & their Pinterest Board. THIS<\/a><\/em><\/span> stack of books was my inspiration.
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nTo make my card, I first colored & die cut the books & cups. I die cut a some hearts out of a metallic red & metallic green then played around with the arrangement until I liked it. I ended up using only one solid heart, the center red one. The other green & red had the insides cut out to make frames, leaving a little white space between them. The stacked hearts & frames reinforce the stacked books & stacked greeting. The hearts were attached to a large white panel & then to a piece of the candy stripe paper. The books, cups & greeting were all popped up.
