\"\"<\/a>Father’s Day is coming soon and I have a masculine card for that handy guy. Or maybe you have a tool guy with a birthday coming up. This is an easy card in neutral colors with lots of tools and no frills. Sure to please the manly man.<\/em><\/span>\"\"<\/a>
\nA big congrats to Mary, the newest Featured Stamper FS956! She has a big beautiful gallery full of cute cards & layouts. I chose THIS<\/a><\/em><\/span> card to case. I kept the masculine theme & brick work but I used different images, dies, changed the layout & made mine a Father’s Day card.
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nTo make my card, I die cut the wood panel cover & an another plain white one. On the white one, I used a brick stencil w\/ 2 grays & 1 lt blue ink. I placed the wood panel on top where I wanted it & loosely attached it on top of the brick work. Then it was cut w\/ the largest rectangle die. A few more single planks in various lengths were cut & 2 were inked w\/ the same inks to look like they were being painted. The longest plank was attached over the background to make a chair rail. All the tools were colored & die cut & each was popped up. After placing them & adding the greeting a narrow gray panel was used behind the panel.
