a “just because” card for a birthday, get well or just to say hi. Features a blue butterfly & split panel circle w\/ die cut holographic leaves & flowers.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A big congrats to Kathy, the newest Featured Stamper (FS852). She has a big , beautiful gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I liked the split panel circle in variegated shades & the butterfly w\/ the die cut outline leaves, so I kept those. But I used different images, dies & colors & instead of gold I used holographic silver.<\/span><\/p>\n

After I die cut the circle out of white, I laid strips of turquoise, teal & blue onto a piece of some Glad stick & seal wrap then die cut the same circle out of it. After peeling off the wrap, I cut the strips narrower to allow some white from the base circle to show through. The butterfly was colored w\/ 3 Copics (BG07, BG10 & Bg23) & die cut. The leaves & flowers were die cut out of a silver holographic card stock & arranged under & on top of the circle.<\/span>

\nI left most of the “insert” pieces inside the leaves just because. The circle was popped up w\/ foam.<\/span>
