\nFor the Inspiration Challenge (IC855), we have a Pinterest Board of hats where I chose\u00a0THIS<\/a><\/b><\/span> as my inspiration for the hot colors & spiky feathers of the hat.<\/span>

\nAfter die cutting the palms, seagulls, sand & flamingo, I also die cut some extras to layer for some dimension. The tropical paper was die cut once w\/ the larger stitched rectangle, then I used a couple of sizes smaller to cut out the inside. The white layers were added then all the white tropical die cuts added on top.
