\nMerry Christmas Eve! For the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC838), we’re visiting BlueBellGray & their Pinterest Board where I found THIS<\/a><\/span> lovely pillow. I liked the watercolor look of it on the ends w\/ the flowers toward the center. Mine turned out a little more purple than magenta, but I like it.<\/span>
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nFor my slimline card, I used Brushos but mixed the powder in a palette w\/ water then floated in the purple\/violets & pinkish reds in from each end of the 140# w\/c paper. While it was drying, I stamped the flower on another piece of w\/c paper \u00a0w\/ fade out ink. I haven’t used it much & in my opinion, it really didn’t fade out in this instance..it just looks gray to me. I used the same color of mixed Brushos to paint the flowers, then die cut them & fussy cut the leaves. Some of the flowers were popped up & I used the Misti to split the stamped part of the greeting a bit in order to add the Wishes die cut below. A few gems finished it.<\/span>
