For my monster birthday, after coloring & die cutting the colorful crew, I placed them in & out of a white frame & popped them up a bit. I did the same for the balloons, then stamped the birthday bg image in cranberry ink on the red bg. Just a touch of red was added to the bg balloons w\/ a Prismacolor pencil.<\/span>
