\"\"<\/a>It’s my pleasure to host the Splitcoast Featured Stamper Challenge (FS678) this week, so a big congrats to JJ Barrett (aka IndigosMom)! JJ has a lovely, colorful gallery & I chose THIS<\/a><\/span> card to case. I kept the blue flower & chevron embossing, but used different images & dies, different embossing folder & a different layout.<\/span>
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

To me, the blue, white & yellow color combo looks so fresh & crisp. After I colored the flowers, I die cut them, doing a little out of the box<\/a><\/span> cutting to lift a couple of the petals on top of the\u00a0die cut zigzag frame I attached on top. The script was heat embossed w\/ white ink & white powder onto the cobalt blue strip. The white bg was dry embossed & I actually used the back side because I liked it a little better for this. On the Love die cut, I cut it in white & also blue, then spliced them together, using the cut off parts underneath their opposites for a double stack.<\/span>

Here are the Copics I used. I also used yellow & ultramarine Prismacolor Pencils to add depth to the colors.<\/span>
