\"\"<\/a>Congrats to Karen, the newest Featured Stamper on Splitcoast! She has a lovely little gallery & I chose THIS<\/a><\/span> card to case. I liked the wreath on the brick wall, so I kept that. But I used different stamps, dies & colors & used a stencil for my brick instead of an embossing folder.<\/span> \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

On my bg, I sponged Brilliance gold & lightning black inks thru the brick wall stencil. While the stencil was still in place, I stamped the splatter bg using the same inks to give the bricks a little texture. IRL, it’s very gold & shimmery! The wreath was stamped, colored & I used my out of the box<\/a><\/span> die cutting technique & a circle die to cut it. Large script greeting fit perfectly inside the wreath & I stamped it in black first, then again in the lightning black so it has a nice shimmer, too. A gold circle layer was added & done!<\/span><\/p>\n
