\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>For the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC720), we are going to Burton & Burton. There were a lot of things I wanted to use for inspiration, but I kept coming back to THIS<\/a><\/span> picture.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After I die cut the trees, deer & a white front, I sponged the Distress inks down another white panel, then splattered it w\/ some picket fence Distress stain. \u00a0The die cuts were attached (I used a black Prismacolor pencil on the birch trees) & the little scene was spritzed w\/ a shimmer spray. \u00a0<\/span>

After I decided how tall to make my little scene, I used my Resizing Technique<\/span><\/a> to divide the top white panel in two, then shorten them (this technique works for making die cuts smaller as well as larger!). I had some corrugated white cardboard saved from a light bulb pkg, so I used it to pop up the 2 white panel a bit.
