\n<\/a>It’s my turn to host the Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper Challenge so a big congrats to AJ Bodine (aka rutabagapie<\/a><\/strong>)! Her gallery is full of beautifully colored images & fun designs. After much browsing, I chose THIS<\/a> to case. I liked the image running over onto the circular frame & the flower theme so I kept those, but I used different images, different colors & I used a die cut for the greeting instead of stamping it.<\/span>

\n<\/a>I’ve had this image for awhile & I’ve been wanting to get it out & use it. So today is the day! After coloring, \u00a0I smoothed out the blends a little using Prismacolor pencils then I die cut it a couple of times w\/ 2 sizes of large ovals. \u00a0I didn’t have a pierced oval that large so I did it the old fashioned way…w\/ the SU piercing set. The outer frame is actually popped up just a bit from the \u00a0rest of the image. Due to the size of the image, there wasn’t a lot of room left for a greeting but I had a die cut that fit in pretty well. I double stacked it, black on white to give it a little depth.<\/span><\/p>\n
