\n<\/a>Today’s Mixed Media Challenge (MIX209<\/a>) asks us to Make it Frosty.\u00a0While it may look a little simple, believe me, there’s a lot going on here.<\/span>
\n<\/a>First I brayered a really large acrylic block \u00a0using a blues rainbow pad, spritzed the block w\/ water, then smushed it around w\/ a water brush & stamped it onto the card stock. Sort of a variation on Wrinkle Free Distress<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. After it dried a little, I spritzed it w\/ a spray I made w\/ thinned white acrylic paint. Then the\u00a0<\/a>trees<\/b><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/b>& \u00a0snowflakes<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<\/a><\/span>were white embossed on top. Well…my Wrinkle Free Distress was\u00a0<\/em>wrinkle free until I heat embossed. \ud83d\ude09 \u00a0I added a white die cut frame & half of the\u00a0Snowy Days greeting<\/b><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/a>on an oval.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
