\n<\/a>Today’s Ways to Use It Challenge (WT580<\/a>) asks us to plant a tree. So here are a couple of trees along w\/ some deer & a bird. \u00a0If truth be told, this particular tree was planted a while ago & has just been waiting in the wings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To make my silhouette card, I started w\/ some dp that has a faint green pattern around the edges. I stamped the trees, deer<\/strong><\/span>, bird<\/strong><\/span> & clouds<\/strong><\/span> w\/ two shades of green Memento & took a dry blender pen to add shading before the ink completely dried. The littlest deer was stamped twice w\/ the darker green to appear more in the shadows.\u00a0The ground was first stamped w\/ the image in the cottage green, then parts of it again in the pine. I used the Belles Vignes<\/strong><\/span> image to add some vines all around the panel w\/ the pear tart ink. \u00a0Parts of the Find Beauty<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0image were stamped along the ground first w\/ the ivy ink, then w\/ white ink on top of the dark areas.<\/span>
