I kept the bright colors & birthday & balloons theme, but I used a large reverse die and sponged on my background.

\n<\/a><\/span><\/strong>To make my very sparkly birthday card, I first die cut two layers out of white using two of the matting basics.\u00a0Then the\u00a0Party Balloons Reverse die<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0was die cut in the smaller layer. On the larger layer, I used Distress inks to sponge on the different colors then attached the balloon layer on top. I also sponged one big balloon cut out and the Happy die<\/strong><\/span> and attached them. The Party Bg was stamped across a narrow strip using the Kaleidacolor ink & the Birthday<\/strong><\/span> was stamped on top. \u00a0I added stickles to the Happy & the one balloon on top and used a clear Wink of Stella on the other balloons. Since we’re combining the hop w\/ the monthly Challenge of Stripes, my colors were put on in stripes (or wide bands) and the Party Bg on the strip is a stripe format.<\/span><\/p>\n
