\n<\/a>\"NCC<\/a>Today’s Color Challenge (CC545<\/a>) on Splitcoast is Vanilla & Metallic Gold. Beautiful combo, but very hard to photograph! The camera just cannot appreciate or capture the shimmer & shine of metallics.

\n<\/a>\"NCC<\/a>My card is a sneak peek at some super cute new images & dies from North Coast Creations. There is a whole family of these cute little owls & matching dies! Yay! The two owls were gold embossed & die cut along w\/ the branch they’re standing on. The gold leafy paper was die cut for the large bg & also the scallop backing for the large heart. I also gold embossed the greeting (but left off the\u00a0you\u00a0<\/em>part) die cut w\/ mini tag & I die cut the You using another of the new NCC dies out of metallic gold. The leafy vine is another new NCC die. I used a woodgrain embossing folder for the lt vanilla bg & a slightly darker vanilla for the large heart.<\/span><\/p>\n
