\n<\/a>A\u00a0big congrats to Diane, the newest Featured Stamper (FS393) on Splitcoast! She has such a wonderful gallery. After much browsing, I chose THIS <\/a><\/strong>card to case. I really liked the strip background\u00a0and color, so I kept those, but I used different images, added some embossed glitter in the negative strips and a cute little fish.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Birthday
\n<\/a>I\u00a0cut the turquoise paper in strips like Diane did and stuck them to white card stock covered with adhesive. Then I had this idea that I’d like to cover the white blanks with glitter for a little different look. I also covered the edge of the layered circle with a glitter embossing powder very similar in color, as well as a left over strip that I cut to look like seaweed. \u00a0I also covered a Candi dot w\/ VersaMark and embossed it w\/ the same powder. The cute little fish was colored with Copics and fussy cut. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50 and these are the Copics I used for the fish.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
