Such a lovely pair of ballet slippers\u00a0and wonderful sayings\u00a0and quotes to go with it. I took ballet as a young girl and to this day when I think of ballet slippers and tutus, I think pink. A little funny, since the first tutu I wore at a recital was orange &amp; lime green with a Mandarin collar and sparkly to the max! Anyway, I thought this pink and white paper from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ourdailybreaddesigns.com\/index.php\/heart-and-soul-6x6.html\" target=\"_blank\">ODBD Heart &amp; Soul collection<\/a> would be perfect. I added a white embossed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ourdailybreaddesigns.com\/index.php\/crocheted-circle-plain.html\" target=\"_blank\">ODBD crochet circle<\/a> behind the slippers circle. After white embossing it on white, I sponged on the pink inks then die cut it with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ourdailybreaddesigns.com\/index.php\/crocheted-circle-die.html\" target=\"_blank\">matching die<\/a>. The slippers were colored with Copics and I used my <span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/thewritestuff.justwritedesigns.com\/?p=782\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">out of the box<\/span><\/a><\/span> technique and a smaller circle die to cut it out. After coloring everything with Copics, I made a narrow dk red frame for my scene, matted it on a piece of ODBD Rustic Beauty paper collection and added the cut out parts. I used the same <span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/thewritestuff.justwritedesigns.com\/?p=782\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">out of the box<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0technique on the tops and sides of the trees that are part of the scene in order to slide the red frame underneath.
