\n<\/a>Wonderful challenge for the Ways to Use It on Splitcoast (WT465<\/a>)! The challenge is to Color Something. It just so happens I LOVE to color! So I colored these cute little kids and I also sponged, masked, stenciled, stamped and colored the background and added color to the greeting strip.<\/p>\n

For the background, I started with white card stock and sponged on some light purple and light blue inks. I used a sequin waste strip as a stencil and sponged on some darker blue & purple inks in areas. Then I stamped a splatter image here and there with dk blue & also white pigment ink. I did the same with a polka dot image. After stamping the greeting on a trimmed off piece of white, I sponged on some of the same inks diagonally. I turned down one corner of the image, added a button and called my 4.25 x 5.50 card finished. These are the Copics I used for the image.
