Welcome to a new challenge for\u00a0\u00a0Serendipity Stamps!<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0We’re switching things up a bit in 2014…The challenges will now be MONTHLY so you have longer to play. The design team will still provide inspiration twice a month (every other Wednesday), but you will have the whole month to play along! The Serendipity Challenge this month is Buttons.<\/strong><\/span> \u00a0You can find all the details on how to play along with us at the\u00a0<\/a>S<\/strong>erendipity Stamps Challenge Blog<\/strong>.<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0With each challenge we always have a gift certificate up for grabs to a random player.

\"Weekly-Favorite\"<\/a>I\u00a0chose this wonderful Teddy Friends<\/a> image to use. It makes a great baby card but I think it also makes a great Get Well card…the big Teddy looks likes he’s comforting the little Teddy. Since the DT’s subcategory was Get Well (along with the monthly Buttons category), I used the Get Well Soon<\/a> greeting with it. For the main Button Challenge, I used several real buttons and also made a background with the sweet Button Corner <\/a>image.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>After coloring with Copics, I trimmed the image and edged it with black. The button corner was stamped repeatedly on the larger white panel, colored with Copics and also edged with black. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50 and these are the Copics I used.
