For Saturday’s Inspiration Challenge (IC364<\/a><\/strong>) on Splitcoast, I chose Red Metal<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> from the many fabulous Gelaskins for my inspiration. Since I wanted to make a Christmas card, I thought the red and white would work great. I also tried to keep a bit of the helter skelter angles and lines in my die cut frame and holly flourish.<\/p>\n

The sentiment is from Our Daily Bread designs<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. I stamped it using the rhubarb Memento ink and die cut w\/ a Spellbinders Labels 18. I used 2 sizes of the same die set to cut a frame, left the two dies in place, and sponged on the same ink. The labels and larger frame were attached to a piece of designer paper then to my 5.50 x 4.25 white card and the holly flourishes were added.<\/p>\n
