    Hi Julie!! I just think this card is so beautiful!! I am a lover of blue but you have just nailed this tile effect so well with the perfect image and shade of blue and I love how you have popped the vase and how you have done the “reeds”!! Gorgeous and thank you for sharing your technique!!
