Christmas Red & White

A very fashionable site Stacy chose for the Inspiration Challenge (IC676). I had a hard time picking just one. But I kept coming back to THIS dress w/ the red top & splatter of red on the skirt. To me it looked like it looked perfect for a Christmas card.

For my fairly simple card, I die cut the white front & red topper then used an angled border die to cut off the bottom of the red piece. I stamped the white part w/ different size snowflakes & also a little splatter using the candy apple oxide ink. On the red topper, I stamped the same images w/ Versamark but didn’t think they showed up very well so I stamped a few of them w/ the frost white pigment ink. The greeting was added along w/ a single ornament then some sheer ribbon & some glitter white & red snowflakes.

Here’s a look at the inside.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. Lovely red and white card. Your cardstock is cut at an interesting angle. So much time and effort goes into your cards.
