I made these for the Splitcoaststampers Fan Club August Christmas Challenge! I’ve been having so much fun being a part of the challenge this year & the bonus is I’ll have a bunch of Christmas cards finished in plenty of time for Christmas this year. You’ll need to be Fan Club member but that’s easy…just click the blue link to find out how.

To make my card, I put the X-Press It paper into my Misti, stamped the Polar Bears & colored them w/ Copics. I masked them, then stamped the 2 step Watercolor Forest w/ the Memento summer sky & bamboo leaves behind the bears. I used a torn piece of paper to lightly sponge in the snow using the Distress tumbled glass ink. To die cut the panel, I first used the largest of the stitched rectangles dies to cut the entire scene, then used a die 2 sizes smaller to cut the center. Both were attached to slightly larger layers of red glitter paper before attaching to the card. I also added a thin layer of fun foam behind the center panel to raise it up a tad. Stickles was added to the snow & trees.

Here’s a look at the inside & below it are the Copics I used.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
