Serendipity Feb Blog Hop #1!

Welcome to the Feb #1 Blog Hop for Serendipity Stamps!
If you arrived here from Miriam’s blog, you’re in the right place..if not, you may want to head over there first.

My Easter card turned out different from the way I planned it. I had a lovely background I had die cut the Bunny out of & I was going to use the same iridescent white as the rest of the card to fill in the flowers. Then I decided I liked just the iridescent white bunny the best. So I’ll save the other bunny for another card. In case you’re wondering, this is the original bunny.

The Easter Basket was gold embossed onto the iridescent white c/s & I used a few Tombow (water based) markers to color in the eggs. I put a half circle window layer on top of the basket because w/ the bunny in front, it looked a little busy w/ the basket behind him. The top of the bow was fussy cut to allow it to be lifted above the top layer.
Here’s a look at the inside. The basket & a few flowers were stamped w/ Brilliance gold for a soft look. No greeting…I realized I don’t have an Easter greeting, so I’ll have to hand write it.
