Drop In for a Spell

A big congrats to Rachel, the newest Featured Stamper (FS553) on Splitcoast! She has a lovely gallery & much browsing, I chose THIS to case. I kept most of the layout but used different images, a little different colors & made mine a Halloween card.
I love making Halloween cards. I love Halloween, too. When else can you dress up in any crazy old way you want, ring a door bell, & people give you candy just for being there? Awesome! And on Halloween cards, you get to pull out all the crazy color combos you want &  somehow, they all work!

For my wicked potions card, I stamped the new Bubbling Beaker on neon green paper, colored it w/ Copics, then fussy cut it. The Magic Potion shelf was stamped on the white layer &  I colored it a little more subtly so they wouldn’t overtake the beaker. The spider web was stamped w/ gray ink in the corner, the greeting above the shelf,  then a neon green & black layer were added to finish.

Here’s a look at the inside &  below it are the Copics I used.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
