The Sketch Challenge today on Splitcoast (SC543) was pretty challenging to me to get all those squares to fit and trim off the angle at the bottom. At least it wasn’t a tilted sketch…generally, I have a real problem handling those, lol.

For my 4 squares, I die cut 4 squares, left the die in place, stamped the smiley sun faces, used a reverse mask & sponged the yellow & oranges onto the suns. I used yellow & orange Copics to carefully color in the rays & edges of the squares,  then attached them to ODBD lacey squares die cut out of turquoise. The white layer was die cut w/ a curved border. I used a lacy curved border to cut another edge along w/ a matching on in turquoise then attached them under the original cut edge. On the marigold layer, I partially embossed the Sunburst bg die then attached it all to a turquoise layer. The greeting was added on top of where the circle area is in the Sunburst bg.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
