Fishing Rules

For today’s Technique Challenge (TLC426), the theme is Scrappy & Loopy…use scraps & show some loops that aren’t bows. So my card is made mostly w/ scraps…the deckled vanilla panel I stamped the image on is a leftover and was barely big enough. The layer behind it is a paint chip which I guess counts as a scrap. The other vanilla layer and the dk red layer were both the size  you see so technically, they are not much more than scraps. For the loops, I put a couple of loose loops in this piece of leftover twine. The image was colored w/ Copics. I pierced two of the layers and distressed the edges of the dk red layer. The finished card is 5.50 x 4.25 and the images are all from DRS Designs.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
