What a fun inspiration site! I chose Sweet Pea & Vanilla for my inspiration for today’s Inspiration Challenge at SCS. This also fits in w/ the OCC Challenge to recycle and the DD Going Green theme. Since GREEN is my fave color, I really love these green challenges.
Everything except the garden green layers is recycled. I may have mentioned, I save everything. Much to my DH’s dismay. Today I was able to use some of it. My main image and greeting are done on paint chips. I stamped the bg images in various shades of green ink and heat set. Then I stamped the white ferns and butterfly w/ white pigment ink and heat embossed w/ white ep.
The stripe layer is a recycled return envelope that I crimped then brayered over w/ the Brillance lime ink. The pattern paper is the inside of a recycled envelope. I also brayered over it w/ the lime ink so it would tone it down a little. The little vertical strip is just a leftover piece of the paint chip.
Then sentiment (SG) is stamped w/ the pine ink and cut w/ a nestie oval.
Supplies:
Stamps: Inkadinkado, StudioG, Stampendous, Purple Onion
Paper: paint chip, garden green, recycled envelopes
Ink: AP pine, leaf, emerald, jade, white pigment, Brilliance pearlescent lime
Accessories: white embossing powder, foam tape, paper crimper, nestie oval & scallop oval, brayer

Wow, you really had a lot of stuff you could reuse. The stamping is just outstanding. I especially like how you mixed in the white embossing with the greens. Great job!
