Welcome to the Divine Divas Inspiration Challenge #17! Today our inspiration picture is from Garnet Hill. What a great color combo this has! Since I really don’t have any cocoa images, I focused on the colors and snow.
I’m also using the Wednesday Sketch Challenge. The Carolers (WW) were stamped once on white, again onto two similar pieces of dp and pieced onto the base image. After masking the image, the snowflake bg (B/S) was stamped w/ the neptune ink. It was cut out using a Spellbinders Nestie oval. The red dp layer was cut w/ a labels 3 die.
The greeting and tall tree (both SG) were stamped w/ cardinal ink and the dot bg (IB) was overstamped w/ the neptune ink. It’s attached to a dp layer w/ a punched lower edge. The two side panels are snowflake dp that I added a red dot in the snowflake centers. The little snowbird (CMC) was colored, cut out and attached on top.
Thanks so much for stopping by! We’d love for you to join in our challenge. Please link back to Lori and put DDIC in your keywords at SCS. Be sure to visit all the Divas; I know they’ll have some great projects for you to see.

Congrats to Wendy, today’s Featured Stamper at SCS! Love your gallery and you have so much to choose from. I finally picked Merry & Bright to case. I kept the holiday theme and general layout. I changed the CB folder, used an ornament instead of the sentiment and moved it to the center and added the sentiment below.
The ornament (B/S) was white embossed on the b.blue c/s and I used a nestie circle but cut around the top of the ornament and inserted it under the nestie circle to avoid cutting it. I added a little shading w/ a lt blue marker and liquid pearl dots. It’s layered on yet another medallion I made a few days ago that I sponged the edges w/ the center blue on the Kpad and attached to a larger circle I cut out of med blue (DCWV) w/ the mini scallop scissors.
The snowflake bg is actually a large paint chip I had embossed a while back. I lightly brayered over the top w/ white pigment ink and embossed w/ white ep. It’s attached to a large med blue card. I added the ribbon, the white embossed sentiment (SG) and some more liquid pearls in the corners.
