An easy, coffee themed card w/ a cute little owl & some pretty coffee paper. Perfect for a coffee loving friend or family member.

A big congrats to Annette, the newest Featured Stamper (FS865)! She has a sweet gallery & I chose THIS card for my inspiration. I kept most of the layout but flipped it, changed the images, dies & colors.

My card has a coffee theme & a cute little coffee loving owl. After coloring & die cutting him, I die cut the ivory circle, stamped the greeting on it then die cut a larger circle of designer paper to go behind it. I die cut the lighter paper then lined up where the darker circle would go & used the same die on the left edge of this circle. I trimmed off the edge of the ivory circle to fit. The open leaf greenery was die cut out of a dk metallic bronze and placed around the the edges of the circles.

The greeting circle & owl were popped up.

These are the Copics I used (minus the greens):

  • Coffee Owls

A fun, easy to make coffee themed card w/ adorable little owls & coffee printed paper. Perfect pick-me-up for a friend or relative who loves coffee.

We are visiting Bloons Pinterest Board for this week’s Inspiration Challenge (IC921) & I found THIS picture. I liked the colors so I used them for the basis of my card.

The owls were colored & die cut & I thought this cute coffee paper would work well behind them. The above view of the round cups reminded me of the balloons in the picture. I added very narrow dk brown layers behind the two panels in order to show off the detail edges of the dies.

The owls were popped up slightly & I added some sequins for a little sparkle.

Here are the Copics I used:

  • Love Birds

A card for that pair of love birds on your list..perfect for wedding, anniversary or engagement. Features some beautiful new die cuts & high contrast color combo. Change up the colors to match those special occasions.

A big congrats to Andastra, the newest Featured Stamper (FS853)! She has such gorgeous pages & I chose THIS page to case. I love the rectangular photo as the main element so I kept that & the flower embellishments. But I turned it into a card & used different dies & colors. I wanted the horizontal element but couldn’t work it in so I subbed the layered Love greeting.

My card features all die cut elements. I die cut the lg royal blue panel & smaller white panel w/ the square hole edge die set. I used a bright orange for the bird cage & Love dies. Only the flowers/leaves were used behind the birdcage panel. I love how open they are & let the blue show through.

The blue birds & cage were popped up just a bit as well as the white panel they’re on & the Love greeting.

    Thanks
